Delete HairFit data

Delete one session immediately, remove all HairFit product data while keeping the shared account and credits, or request full account deletion.

Delete one session

Use Delete inside the result or history view. HairFit removes the stored upload, generated assets, analysis, and active share links for that session.

Delete HairFit product data

This removes HairFit sessions, generated files, Cut Cards, and shares. It keeps the underlying account, lawful payment records, and shared mobile credit balance.

Request full account deletion

Full deletion also affects the shared HairTry account. Sign in and submit the account deletion request, or contact privacy@hairfit.ai when sign-in is unavailable. Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the store first.
