Terms of Service

The rules for using HairFit, buying credits, receiving automatic refunds for failed work, and treating AI previews as visual guidance.

Your photo and acceptable use

You must be an adult and have the right to use every photo you upload. Do not upload another person without permission, illegal content, or material intended to impersonate, harass, exploit, or deceive.

Credits and payment

Web credits are one-time purchases and do not expire while the service remains available. The credit cost is shown before a paid task. HairTry mobile subscriptions and store purchases remain governed by Apple or Google terms. A store subscription may renew until you cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings; deleting the app, a photo, product data, or the shared account does not cancel that subscription.

Failed work and refunds

When a required paid generation fails, the reserved credits are returned automatically. Payment refunds for completed purchases are reviewed under applicable law and payment-provider rules. Contact support with the transaction reference.

AI output is directional

Results may contain mistakes, invented hair density, or unrealistic details. HairFit is a visual decision aid, not a guarantee, professional salon instruction, identity service, medical service, or diagnosis. A stylist must confirm feasibility and technique.

Ownership and permission

You keep rights in photos you lawfully upload. Subject to law and provider terms, you may use your generated results for personal purposes. HairFit retains its software, brand, templates, and service materials.

Availability and changes

Models, providers, prices, and features may change. We may suspend abusive use, security threats, or unlawful activity. Material term changes will be dated on this page.

Limits

To the extent permitted by law, HairFit is not responsible for salon outcomes, haircut dissatisfaction, indirect loss, or decisions made from an AI preview. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
